Meeting Information

In-Person:
Monthly in-person zazenkai:
Our meetings include liturgy, sitting periods, walking meditation, dokusan, and Dharma talk.

Usually on the last Saturday of the month (check calendar as the schedule varies)

Online:
Zoom Link
Sundays – 8:00-9:30am: Our meetings include liturgy, two sitting periods, and alternating Dharma talk and dokusan (individual meeting with the teacher).

Weekdays:
Mornings 6:00 am – 8am (four periods of silent meditation; you may come for all or part).
Evenings 7:00 pm – 8 pm (two periods of silent meditation, come as you are able).
